The Fatherless Walk

For the bride with an absent or or deceased father, the walk down the aisle can seem scary and sad. Many strong brides make the walk alone, all eyes on them in all their beautiful glory. And we love that! We also love the sweetness of a bride who asks her mother to walk her down the aisle. For many girls, a mother is their personal leader, nurturer, and source of strength…one who acts as a mother and a father to her daughter throughout her life. And what a special way to honor the woman who has walked her through life…and down the aisle.
