The Groom's Cake

Although it is certainly not required, groom’s cakes have been making a comeback in recent wedding trends. It usually is designed to reflect the groom’s interests and have a more masculine feel than the main wedding cake–no flowers in sight. The two cakes can be placed side by side, with the groom’s cake functioning as a separate flavor option for guests, or it can be sent home with guests as favors.
